FAQ
1. Guarantee on flight? Refund?
Getting up in flight is dependent on many factors and obviously the key factor is having the right wind and weather. Paragliders and guests will sometimes have to wait for the right wind conditions, and for any inclement weather(rain/fog etc) to clear. If the intended flight date is not possible as a result of poor weather conditions, pilot will discuss with you and re-schedule the event date. If this isn't possible, pilot will provide a tour of Menggatal township as alternative program and RM200 per person will be returned to you.
2. Can I walk-in for the flight and pay on-site?
This program is NOT offered on daily basis so you will not be able to walk-in and fly. Confirmation of flight is with full payment BEFORE event date. Last minute booking is not possible so reserve your flight early.
3. Is there a place to change and restrooms?
Yes, there is small house which allows participants to change, for shelter, and there is toilet to use. It is available to rent as well.
4. Is there a hotel nearby?
Yes, there is a boutique 4-star hotel in walking distance to the flying site.
Best time for paragliding
As long there is good weather and the right wind, we can fly. As we have no way of controling the environmental factors, we wait onsite for best conditions. June to July and March to April are usually the best time.
