Teambuilding
WHOA! collaborates with qualified corporate trainers to provide fun teambuilding and/or teambonding activities.
Our teambuilding events infuse outdoor elements together with mentally and physically challenging activities to bring about positive human synergy. Hence, we set up an unfamiliar territory to encourage changing mindsets and fostering stronger trust between your team mates - Esprit de Corps.
We will get you exhausted, challenged, frustrated at times, and possibly, losing a little bit of weight. Our events, besides meeting your establishment's mission and objectives, are created to host opportunities for open discussions, improve communications, to reduce conflict, to re-invent work relations and to rejuvenate the mind-spirit-body.
What is the difference between Teambuilding and Teambonding?
We define Teambuilding as a serious event where there is a critical need to work out a process to improve collective performance in an establishment. This entails working with your establishment's committee which may include senior management and Human Resource personnel to create workshops/scenarios/activities for participants to analyse/scrutinise your establishment's mission/vision, effective communications and business processes. The desired outcome is revamp and improve from the inside to the outside. The program will have a corporate trainer to lead & moderate discussions and activities.
Teambonding is a more relaxed/casual program where there is less facilitation from a trainer while keeping key objectives set out by the establishment. Most companies seek this avenue to revitalise the team members spirit with a fun day out to build, re-build and strengthen work relationships.
